Returns Policy
Sophie Burrowes Ltd cannot accept responsibility for items lost by courier or post. We cannot offer a refund should you change your mind, however you may exchange the item in the event where the garment is the wrong fit for another style or size. In the unlikely event of a defect with your product please return within seven days and we will be happy to replace items to the same value, or alternatively fix the defect where possible. Returned garments must not be worn and must still have the Sophie Burrowes Ltd labels attached. Sophie Burrowes Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund should these conditions not be met.
We recommend using a courier service for returns, but cannot accept responsibility for payment unless the goods are agreed to be faulty.
